Who can submit a nomination form?
Anyone can complete the nomination form - you do not need to be a Quorum member, although we do encourage you to consider becoming one.
You may only nominate one business / individual per category, however you are not required to nominate in every category in order to submit your nominations. We strongly suggest you compose and save your nominations in a word processing program before copying and pasting into the nomination form. This will ensure you do not lose any work during your process.

This account is for nominations only and is not related to any other Quorum account you may have. Nomination accounts are not preserved from year to year.
