Quorum Community Leadership Awards Categories and Criteria

Quorum Business of the Year

The recipient of this award must meet or exceed the following criteria:

• Is a member of Quorum
• Demonstrates excellence and success in business or profession
• Visibly support the GLBTA community by providing contributions and/or in kind services and other support to nonprofit organizations, political issues, or other community-wide causes

Quorum Nonprofit of the Year

The recipient of this award must meet or exceed the following criteria:

• Is a member of Quorum
• Is a nonprofit organization with 501(c) 3 status
• Openly support issues and/or provide services that benefit and enhance the health, spirit, pride and diversity of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender individuals and our community

Quorum Business Leader of the Year

The recipient of this award must meet or exceed the follow criteria (Does not have to be a business owner):

• Is a member of Quorum
• Demonstrates excellent and success in business or profession
• Demonstrates leadership in the community through volunteer activities and/or serving as a positive role model for others

Quorum Inclusion Leader of the Year

The recipient of this award must meet or exceed the following criteria:

• Is a member of Quorum
• Demonstrates leadership that creates an environment that embraces the inclusion of all voices and perspectives
• Demonstrates a commitment to creating a fully inclusive organizational culture
• Openly supports issues that affect the spirit, pride and diversity of gay, lesbians, bisexual, and transgender people in the workplace
• The recipient of this award may be an individual or an organization

Quorum Lifetime Achievement Award

The recipient of this award must meet or exceed the following criteria:

• Demonstrates significant leadership benefiting the GLBTA community within the span and the individual’s personal and/or professional life
• The individual recipient of this award need not be a member of Quorum
