Your attendance also benefits the Quorum Scholarship Fund which supports deserving students who demonstrate leadership and the promise of entrepreneurial spirit and who are dedicated to work for equality. • 6:30 Honoree’s Reception: Mix and mingle with our Honorees, Corporate Partners, Members of the Quorum Cornerstone, our Board of Directors and Staff. Enjoy complimentary wine and appetizers.
• 7:30 Awards Dinner: Plate served dinner and awards ceremony Dinner begins with a salad of baby spinach, a variety of fruits, toasted almonds and a citrus vinaigrette dressing, followed by your choice of entrees: a duet of beef Bourguignon braised short rib, burgundy port and grilled breast of chicken brushed with a Dijon sauce served with fingerling potatoes and a vegetable medley, or a butternut squash risotto for those who prefer a vegetarian selection. We finish with a dessert trio to include petit crème, a fresh fruit tart and a chocolate mousse cup.
